Metodolog\u00eda de dise\u00f1o: Nos basamos en los 5 Elementos de UX &#8211; James Garret Estrategia Investigar Requerimientos Definir Estructura Idear Esqueleto Prototipar Superficie Dise\u00f1ar ESTRATEGIA Investigaci\u00f3n de las necesidades de los usuarios y los intereses del negocio Se busc\u00f3 conocer la satisfacci\u00f3n de los usuarios con el producto mediante entrevistas cualitativas online semiestructuradas a 13 usuarios de la web de Union Personal. 9 de los usuarios indican que no encuentran con facilidad lo que buscan. Funcionalidades m\u00e1s utilizadas Rango Etario: 16 a 85 a\u00f1osRegi\u00f3n: 7 de 13 &#8211; CABA4 de 13 &#8211; GBA2 de 13 &#8211; Interior El 80% de los usuarios se encuentra disconforme con el funcionamiento de la web.
